From a humble love for home cooking, Bitchfood brings you Vegan, Vegetarian and Pescatarian no BS recipes for even the modest of cooks. Inspiring homemade essentials, local ingredients and use of intuition in the kitchen to create food from the heart, for the soul.
Originally born out of an everlasting series of lockdowns during covid, spent in Melbourne, which eventually brought me back home to the Northern River, where my love for cooking has sprawled into an ongoing love affair and Bitchfood xoxo is my way of sharing my recipes and exploration in the kitchen.
Living in the Northern Rivers, we have access to such amazing organic and spray free locally grown produce and locally caught seafood. I am a big supporter of finding local growers and sourcing fresh and sustainable produce.
I also am big on experimenting with your cooking, trialling different flavours and spices and tailoring my rough recipes to your taste.
Cooking should be fun, exciting and most of all nourishing for the body - and mind.
