Whats better than Kewpie Mayo? Not much… except for homemade Kewpie. Perfectly balanced, creamy and rich flavours that go with everything.
Super simple and quick to make and keeps in the fridge well, but I assure you it wont last very long as it’ll soon be used on everything.

4 egg yolks (at room temp)
1 tsp seeded mustard
1/4 c rapeseed or vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 c Apple Cider Vinegar
Dash of rice wine vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
2 c rapeseed oil or vegetable oil

In a blender, combine egg yolks and mustard.
While blender is on, slowly add in 1/4 c oil. Blend until it becomes thicker and loses colour.
Add sugar, salt, ACV, Lemon juice, rice wine vinegar and combine.
While blender is on, grudually add remaining 2 c oil. It should get thick pretty quickly and become glossy and smooth.
